One of my favorite musical muses and regular source for new records and bands, Jesse Pollock of Unpiano put out a great mixtape for the hhsa mixtrade. Jesse is an SF based web designer and photographer and contributing writer for Fecal Face, and started his own publishing house. He also dj's at the Attic in SF with Jay Howell (who put together probabaly my favorite mix of the year in the summer [which I probably also found on the unpiano/music blog]).
Needless to say I love Jesse's taste in music. A lot.
Download that thing now. Watch out for Sheila by Atlas Sound and Summer Time by Adam and Dan. Also Dreams (Fleetwood Mac) covered by The Morning Benders, a great Berkeley band I saw a couple weeks back opening up for Girls.
In fact I'm listening to it RIGHT NOW. :P
